Ingredients:
- 1lb ground chicken or turkey
- 1/2c italian bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp + 12oz buffalo sauce
- 2 tbsp light cream
- 1 egg
- black pepper, celery salt, buffalo seasoning (or cayenne pepper) and italian seasoning
- 1/3c crumbled gorgonzola or bleu cheese
- 1/2c+ light ranch dressing
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the turkey, bread crumbs, 3 tbsp buffalo sauce, light cream, egg and seasoning. Mix well. Stir in the cheese. Form approx 20 meatballs and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and cook for 30-35 minutes.
- In a saucepan, add 12oz buffalo sauce and the ranch. Heat on low. Stir in the meatballs, coat with the sauce, and cook for 10 min.
- Serve with additional ranch dressing.
